24 x 24 separated corrals w/ 12 x 24 covers

Covered Mare Motel 12 x 24 w/ 12' breezeway

24 x 24 attached corrals w/12 x 12 covers

Horses are fed twice daily - Bermuda in the morning / Alfalfa or Bermuda in the evening.
Stalls are cleaned daily and fresh water provided at each feeding.

** All corrals are on raised dg and horses rarely stand in mud during the wet seasons.**

Services Offered

Blanketing (sheets/blankets provided by owner)

Grooming (2 times per week - brush/comb)

Exercise - turn out, longe or walk

Extra Feedings

Vitamins fed with oats/mo
Lunch - Alfalfa or Bermuda Hay
